Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Trivista Labs (Pvt) Ltd (“Trivista Labs”, “we”) collects through trivistalabs.io, and how we use it.
What we collect
Through the contact form, we collect what you choose to send us:
- your name and email address
- your company name, if you give it
- the type of project and the timeline you choose
- your message
If you apply for a role, you send your CV and any links by email to careers@trivistalabs.lk.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the project you asked about, and a CV only to consider you for a role at Trivista Labs. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, roughly where they are (country and city, worked out from the IP address), the device and browser they use, and which buttons they click, such as “Start a project”. Google Analytics does not see what you write in the contact form.
Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets cookies, named
_ga, to recognise a returning browser. Inside those areas it sets no analytics cookies, and visits
are counted without them. Advertising features are switched off everywhere, and we do not use analytics to
identify you.
Google handles this data under its own privacy policy. You can stop Google Analytics measuring your visits with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How it is handled
When you send the form, your message goes to our server, which is hosted by Render, and is delivered to our team’s inbox by email through Resend. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most hosting providers, these services may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect their systems.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our business conversations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email contact@trivistalabs.lk and we will respond as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
